Village at Laguna Hills

The Village at Laguna Hills project includes over 715,000 sf of mixed-use development consisting of retail, restaurants, health club, cinema, hotel, office space, residential units, and approximately 6,000 parking spaces. LLG’s Irvine office team provided recommendations to enhance site access & internal circulation, as well as evaluated potential traffic congestion at 68 intersections, and nearby freeway mainline segments. Construction is expected to begin in 2023.
