USC Presentation

Grace Turney, P.E. & Jason Shender, AICP from our LLG Pasadena team were pleased to provide a guest lecture for the USC Price’s Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program. Their presentation focused on the role of Transportation and Parking issues in the entitlement and approval process. LLG staff have previously served as guest lecturers at USC, and as in past years, the students had many insightful questions. Grace and Jason were able to share their extensive experience gained from working on development projects in the greater Los Angeles region.
