ULI Global Award for Excellence

LLG project receives the ULI Global Award for Excellence. At the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Fall Meeting in Dallas, Texas, LLG’s client, Related California, received a Global Award for Excellence for its Ocean Avenue South project located in the City of Santa Monica. According to the Related press release, Ocean Avenue South is the only award winner from the Greater Los Angeles area. This project, located two blocks from the ocean, is a high density multi-use project featuring residential (market rate and affordable), retail, and restaurant uses.  LLG provided consultation related to vehicular access, pedestrian circulation, and vehicle parking; construction logistics coordination with the adjacent RAND Corporation headquarters; and preparation of construction documents for roadway and crosswalk improvements around the site.
