Kaiser Permanente Medical Center Master Plan

LLG provided consultation with the project team and project architect regarding overall access, internal circulation, and design of the Kaiser Permanente Antelope Valley Medical Center Master Plan project. The project upon build-out will consist of a 400,000 square-foot hospital with up to 200 beds, a 30,000 square-foot central utility plant, and up to 256,000 square feet of medical office space to be constructed in three phases within the 44-acre southeast portion of the Amargosa Creek Specific Plan (ACSP) area. LLG provided site planning consultation including review and modification of ACSP cross-sections for the surrounding roadways of the medical campus site, and determination of overall parking and ADA parking requirements. LLG also prepared analyses of bus, emergency vehicle and truck maneuvering within the campus using the AutoTURN software package. LLG provided representation in public meetings throughout the approval process.
