Rancho Cielito Project

LLG prepared a Traffic Impact Analysis for the Rancho Cielito Residential Project that included development of up to 354 residential apartment units on 48.37 acres. The analysis included utilizing the San Bernardino Transportation Analysis Model (SBTAM) to obtain baseline and long-term model data including roadway network and land use changes. Baseline and future model select zone assignments were also developed.
