Daniel A. Kloos, PE – Irvine

Mr. Kloos has over 25 years of experience preparing traffic engineering and transportation planning analyses, parking demand studies, site access and circulation review, analyses to support the environmental review process for a variety of land uses and traffic analyses for college master plans. Mr. Kloos also has experience in preparing Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) analyses for a variety of land uses. Mr. Kloos is a licensed Traffic Engineer with registration in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSCE) in Civil Engineering degree from the University of California, Irvine with an emphasis in traffic engineering/transportation studies.  Mr. Kloos currently provides on-call traffic and transportation engineering consultation services to the City of Dana Point, the City of Anaheim and the City of Long Beach.
