Exposition Light Rail Transit Line– Phase 1

LLG worked with the Exposition Metro Line Construction Authority to help design 8.6 miles of Light Rail Transit extending from Downtown Los Angeles to Culver City. LLG provided technical advisory, plan reviews and technical quality assurance support to the Expo Construction Authority. LLG’s senior staff served as both lead traffic engineer and project manager, applying extensive technical knowledge and experience with traffic signal systems. LLG reviewed the project traffic signal, photo enforcement, signal interconnect, signing/striping and overhead sign plans for various segments of the project. LLG also maintained quality assurance and provided the required agency support with the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) to allow for the plan reviews and approvals to proceed efficiently and effectively.
