Located in the heart of the historic City of San Gabriel, the Sheraton Los Angeles San Gabriel Hotel celebrated the recent grand opening with the new year. LLG provided transportation planning consultation to the team and City staff in the development of this contemporary art-deco style hotel featuring 288 guest rooms, a resort-style pool; a full-service café and two high-end restaurants, with meeting rooms and banquet space catered for tourists, businesses, and locals. Consultation included preparation of a weekday and weekend traffic impact analysis, site access and circulation review, traffic signal warrant analyses, shared parking and parking design review, as well as development of transportation demand management strategies.
