In December 2016, LLG’s client, One Beverly Hills, received City Council approval to construct a luxury boutique hotel and residential condominium project on a site across from the iconic Beverly Hilton Hotel. LLG prepared traffic and parking studies on behalf of the project applicant. The One Beverly Hills project was highly scrutinized by the City of Beverly Hills, as well as by nearby property owners during the entitlement phase, some of whom retained their own traffic consultants and land use attorneys. David Shender, Principal of LLG’s Woodland Hills office, provided important testimony in support of the traffic and parking studies at Planning Commission and City Council hearings conducted for the project.
