Ms. Look-Jaeger has over 20 years of experience in the preparation of transportation planning analyses, with particular emphasis on the preparation of environmental review analyses for various development projects pursuant to the requirements of CEQA. Ms. Look-Jaeger specializes in the entitlement processing efforts, particularly on highly controversial projects which involve litigation. Ms. Look-Jaeger is a licensed Traffic Engineer with registration in the State of California. Ms. Look-Jaeger holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) degree from Marquette University with emphasis in transportation studies.
Mr. Wilkinson has over 32 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning, with particular emphasis on development and campus-wide master planning, site access and circulation planning, traffic impact studies and the determination of complicated parking demands associated with multi-use projects. He leads a variety of engagements at the policy planning level, on General Plan Circulation Elements and Specific Plans, and in design/implementation of land development and circulation infrastructure projects. Mr. Wilkinson is a licensed Traffic Engineer with registration in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) degree from Purdue University (Transportation and Urban Planning).
Mr. Keil Maberry has over 22 years of experience in the preparation of traffic engineering and transportation planning analyses, including traffic impact studies for development master plans, parking studies and analyses to support the environmental review process. Mr. Maberry also oversees the preparation of specialized traffic engineering studies including roundabout design, bicycle and pedestiran facility design. Mr. Maberry is a licensed Traffic Engineer with registration in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSCE) degree from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Shender has over 22 years of experience within the traffic engineering and transportation planning industry, with particular emphasis in the preparation of master planning site access and circulation studies, parking studies, and CEQA-related environmental documentation for a variety of projects, with particular focus on the formulation of comprehensive transportation mitigation packages. Mr. Shender has extensive experience in presenting transportation studies to a spectrum of audiences including land use decision-makers and community groups. Mr. Shender is a licensed Civil Engineer with registration in the States of California, Nevada, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Shender holds both a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
Mr. Keating has over 27 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. He specializes in land development site planning, access, and circulation. He oversees the preparation of traffic engineering design plans, particularly associated with freeway interchange projects, as well as the preparation of Project Study Reports for Caltrans. Mr. Keating oversees the preparation of traffic control plans, traffic signal plans and geometric signing and striping plans. Mr. Keating is a licensed Civil Engineer with registration in the States of California and Arizona. Mr. Keating holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Mr. Barretto has over 19 years of experience in the preparation of traffic engineering and transportation planning analyses, including traffic impact studies for campus master plans, parking studies and analyses to support the envrionmental review process. Mr. Barretto oversees the operations of Team Costa Mesa and provides oversight of the design group in their preparation of traffic control plans, traffic signal plans and geometric signing and striping plans. Mr. Barretto is a licensed Traffic Engineer with registration in the State of California and earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of California, Irvine with an emphasis in traffic engineering/transportation studies.
Mr. Boarman has over 19 years of experience in the preparation of transportation planning analyses, including traffic impact studies for residential, commercial, education and other land uses as well as parking studies. Mr. Boarman specializes in preparing traffic analyses in support of the environmental review process. Mr. Boarman is both a licensed Civil Engineer and Traffic Engineer with registration in the State of California. Mr. Boarman holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
